My first intention in writing this blog is primarily to document my exploration of narrative prose and poetry as sacred text and how it mirrors and/or  informs our desire to connect with something outside ourselves, to feel a part of our environment, both human, animal, vegetable and mineral. The parameters of this inquiry are intentionally not narrowly defined; but the inspiration of Welsh history in the personae of Taliesin where there is a clear lineage of poet  trained by rituals and who later played the role of priest and King’s adviser, is a point de depart for considering the contemporary place of both spiritual practice and art.

My second intention is to be brief.
